- Appellate Division Pro Bono Civil Pilot Program
- The Supreme Court has authorized the establishment of a pilot program designed to permit greater access to the appellate courts by litigants unable to afford representation and who are unable to retain counsel or the assistance of legal services or entities established to represent low income individuals. As a pilot, the program will be limited at first to domestic violence, child custody and visitation and small claims and Special Civil Part cases, including landlord/tenant cases.
